Title 1 Summer Reading Program

Please complete the confidential registration form for each child enrolled in a unit of the DeKalb County School District during the 2014-2015 school year. Your child must currently be enrolled as a K-12 student in a Title I school to be eligible to participate in the summer reading program. The program will be held June 8-25, 2015, Monday-Thursday, 8:00AM until 3:00PM. Transportation services will be provided. The Office of Federal Programs will notify families in May.
